Week 37:
I was really getting puffy by this point! |
And YES, I was excited to finally be considered 'full term' and at the safe & ready point, can you tell? |
Week 38:
Hello, double chin. I don't miss you one bit (OR the 24 of the 30 total pounds I've lost since Tate was born - woo hoooo!!)! |
Large and in charge! |
Week 39:
You can bet your hiney I made Mark stop rushing about to capture my last TRUE belly pics. I was SO EXCITED, you guys. |
Just a little contraction; nothing to see here, folks! The contractions started around 3:30am - it was a pretty fast progression! |
Here's one without the belly numbers for posterity. I already miss that belly a little! |
Week 40:
These are by far my favorite of all the belly pictures...because Tate was finally here!!
I cannot get enough of this little guy... |
He looks hungry here, huh? NOM NOM. |
Sneak peek of the nursery! I'll upload more nursery pics soon, but thought you deserved to see SOMETHING since I totally meant to show you some before I had the baby. |
That's what you look like in the middle of the night, a million weeks pregnant no less? OMG, Amy, do you EVER have a "I don't feel pretty" day? I think not!
ReplyDeleteAnd need I tell you AGAIN that I'm in love with Tate? That little man stole so many hearts the day he was born, mine included.
xo
OMG Dawn, you should see me right now! It's 5pm and I'm still in my PJ's...and I am typing this one-handed (my LEFT hand) while breastfeeding little Tate. I'm multi-talented! ;o) And I NEED a shower! When daddy gets home, I'm so doing just that.
ReplyDeleteAnd for the record, my water broke and I hopped right into the shower knowing I wouldn't be able to do it again for a day or two. THAT'S why I look presentable, but thank you for your sweet words! XOXO
Uh, yeah, I'm going to go with Dawn here! Amy, stop making it look soooo easy!!! I don't believe for a second that it was that easy ;-). I DO believe that you love being a mom though and that you are an amazing mom. I am sure that that is exactly why little Tate is so content. Hope the fur-gals are doing alright with the sudden shift in attention and that you continue to get plenty of rest and love, love, love this new chapter of your life (I know you will :))! <3
ReplyDeleteStop making me jealous! (in a good way, I promise) ;)
ReplyDeleteLots of loves to you and Tater and Mark.
I LOVE the 3rd to last picture. You look so beautiful and Tate looks beyond adorable! Oh, and I'm loving that tree in the room! Can't wait to see the rest!
ReplyDeleteThese are so fantastic!! I also concur with the girls... you look way too good... in these pics, and the hospital pics too! Do you have a birthing stylist as well as midwife???
ReplyDeleteI did the same thing--- SHOWERED when I knew the baby was imminent! And I also breastfeed and type one-handed (not right now, hence the capitalizations and punctuations)!!! Multi-tasking, a necessary talent!!! You're quickly learning the ropes! I am impressed ;)
I lovvveeee them!!!!
